Just imagine, you’re relaxing on the Tel Aviv beach with your drink and a view of the sea. Now imagine doing some yoga as well!!!
Yoga on the beach in Tel Aviv is harder than it looks and calmer than a studio. The uneven sand makes your stabilizing muscles work more, which builds balance and strength. And the surroundings (the sound of waves, the scent of the sea, the open sky) make it easier to relax.
For those interested in experiencing yoga near Tel Aviv’s beaches, here are three places to start. Class schedules change by season, so check each one’s site before you turn up with a mat:
Styles and setup at each place on this page. All three welcome every level.

3. Sup Yoga Tel Aviv
For a distinctive experience, Sup Yoga Tel Aviv combines stand-up paddleboarding with yoga. It is a seasonal, summer activity.
